摘要
利用热弹塑性有限元方法对大型轴流焊接机壳中分法兰的变形状态进行了数值计算,建立有限元模型,分别计算三种拼焊方案下机壳中分法兰的变形情况。定量地预测了不同拼焊顺序下机壳中分法兰的变形,得到了可获得最优变形状态的拼焊顺序。对比中分法兰计算变形和实际变形测量数据,吻合良好,证明数值优化方法用于大型结构的变形预测是可行的。
In this paper, thermal elastic-plastic finite element method is used for calculating the deformation of flange for large axial compressor welded casing split. By establishing the finite element model, the deformation in three different welding processes is calculated. The deformations of flanges for casing split in various welding process are predicted quantificationally, and available optimal welding sequence is obtained. Comparing the calculated distortion values with the measured values, it is shown that they are nearly consistent. So, it is proved that numerical optimization used for prediction of deformation of large components is feasible.
