摘要
针对某轴流压缩机在运行过程中出现的振动突变故障,利用远程监测系统对比排气侧轴承振动在突变过程中的特征,并结合现场自控系统提供的设备工艺信息,最终确诊该故障由油膜振荡引起。在此基础上,深入分析进、排气侧轴承振动在突变过程中的相互关系,确定消除动静部件摩擦、减小外界扰动力为重点检修方向,避免了盲目提高轴承稳定性以解决油膜振荡故障而带来的不利后果。检修时,通过更换严重松动的静叶O型圈来消除静叶与转子的摩擦、减小扰动力,最终轴流压缩机的振动突变故障彻底消除。
For the abrupt vibration of an axial compressor occurred in the steady operation, it was confirmed that the fault was caused by oil whip ,by using remote monitoring system to compare the vibration features of the outlet bearing in the abrupt vibration process, and combining with the information of equipment process variables stored in on-site self-control system. Based on the above analysis, correlations of vibration between the two bearings at the inlet and outlet side were deeply analyzed, and it was determined that the main maintenance measures were eliminating the friction between rotational parts and stationary parts to reduce the external disturbing force, which avoided the bad consequences aroused by blindly improving the stability of bearings to solve the problem. A seriously loose O-ring was replaced to eliminate the friction between stationary blade and rotor for reducing the disturbing force, and finally the abrupt vibration fault of the compressor was successfully eliminated.
