摘要
目的探讨早产儿宫内感染性肺炎与相关并发症的关系。方法选择在我院住院治疗的早产儿195例,根据宫内感染性肺炎诊断标准分为肺炎组和非肺炎组。比较两组早产儿相关并发症的发生情况。结果肺炎组发生支气管肺发育不良(BPD)、早产儿脑病的比例均高于非肺炎组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.65、10.20,P<0.05)。结论宫内感染性肺炎与BPD、早产儿脑病存在一定相关性,应引起注意,积极防治。
Objective To investigate intrauterine infectious pneumonia （IIP） and its related complications in premature infants. Methods This study consisted of 195 premature infants hospitalized in our hospital. According to the diagnostic criteria of IIP, they were divided into pneumonia group and non-pneumonia group. Complications between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of broncho-pulmonary dysplasia and premature cerebropathy in pneumonia group was higher than non-pneumonia group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （χ^2=4.65,10.20;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intrauterine infectious pneumonia has a certain correlation with broncho-pulmonary dysplasia and premature cerebropathy, which should be given attention in prevention and treatment.
