Brugada综合征心电图检出情况的初步分析

BRUGADA SYNDROME:A PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF ELECTROCARDIOGRAM DETECTION

目的初步分析52 461份心电图Brugada综合征的检出情况。方法 2009年3月—2011年12月,从我院门诊心电图室收集常规心电图52 461份,严格按照筛选标准检出具有Brugada综合征特征的心电图,并对检出的病人进行随访。结果共检出Brugada心电图征病人39例(0.74‰),均为男性,其中Ⅰ型10例,Ⅱ型26例,Ⅲ型3例。39例中确诊Brugada综合征6例,疑似诊断1例。确诊的6例病人,4例安装了埋藏式心律转复除颤器(ICD),现生存良好;2例拒绝安装ICD者死亡。结论 Brugada综合征在本组人群中检出率为0.11‰,占已检出Brugada心电图征的15%;建议对于确诊的Brugada综合征病人给予ICD治疗,否则发生猝死的可能性较大。

Objective To analyze the detection of Brugada syndrome in 5 2461 electrocardiograms （ECGs）. Methods A total of 52 461 ECGs, taken during March 2009 to December 2011, were collected from ECG room of outpatient clinic. The ECG features that met the criteria of Brugada were strictly screened, and the patients were followed. Results The ECG sign of Brugada was determined in 39 cases （0.74‰） of 52 461 ECGs, all were male, of whom,10 cases of Type 1, 26 of Type 2, and three of Type 3. Of the 39 patients, six were confirmed with the syndrome, and one suspected. Of the six patients, four were treated with ICD and living well, and two refused to be installed of ICD died. Conclusion The detection rate of Brugada syndrome in this study was 0.11‰, which accounted for 15% of ECGs with Brugada sign. For patients with confirmed Brugada syndrome, an ICD therapy is recommended to prevent sudden death.
