摘要
目的调查本科护生人文素质及专业承诺状况,探讨其影响因素并分析二者的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、护理专业承诺量表及人文素质调查问卷对498名本科护生进行调查。结果护生人文素质呈中等水平,按维度均分降序排列依次为道德素质、心理素质、审美素质、文化素质和法律素质;护生专业承诺呈中等水平,按维度均分降序排列依次为专业价值认同、专业生涯留驻意愿和专业努力意愿。不同年级、性别、是否独生子女、是否班干部等情况影响护生人文素质和专业承诺水平。护生人文素质与专业承诺呈正相关(r=0.260,P<0.01)。结论本科护生人文素质和专业承诺处于中等水平,提高护生人文素质可强化其专业承诺。
Objective To investigate the status of humanistic quality and professional commitment in nursing undergraduates, analyze their correlation and explore their influencing factors. Methods A survey was conducted among 498 nursing students using General Data Questionnaire,Nursing Professional Commitment Scale and Humanistic Quality Questionnaire. Results Humanistic quality of the students showed middle level. According to the scores in descending order they were moral quality, psychological quality, aesthetic quality, cultural quality and legal quality. Nursing students' professional commitments were in the middle level, followed by value identification of specialty, maintain specialty career and willingness to make effort according to the scores in descending order. Different grade, different gender, whether or not she was the only child, or a class cadre would be factors that affected the students' humanistic quality and professional commitment. Pearson correlation analysis showed that humanistic quality was positively correlated with professional commitment (r =0.260,P〈(0.01). Conclusion Humanistic quality and professional commitment of nursing students are in the position of middle level, improving their humanistic quality may en- hance their professional commitment.
