摘要
针对现有火车站上水系统自动化程度低、管理不便等不足,设计了一套火车站智能上水栓系统。上水栓的股道管理机(上位机)由S7-300与S7-200构成,以STC11F08XE作为主控芯片,上水栓与股道管理机之间通过RS-485总线通信。该系统具有反应速度快、控制方便、运行可靠、便于维护管理、成本低等特点。经试验验证了系统能够很好地完成各项控制指令,满足了现代火车站智能上水的要求。
In view of the existing deficiencies of railway station water system on low degree of automation and inconvenient management etc., a set of intelligent water hydrant system for railway station is designed. The track management machine of water supply hydrant (upper computer) is composed of S7-300 and S7-200. With STCI 1F08XE as the master chip, the water supply hydrant communicates with upper computer through RS-485 bus. The system has the advantages of fast response, convenient control, reliable operation, easy maintenance, low cost etc.. The experiments verify that this system can complete each control instruction very well and also meet the requirements of intelligent water supply of modern railway station.
