摘要
科技发展会对国际体系的两个基本要素——单元、单元之间的互动产生根本性的影响,从根本上导致国际体系中权力分布状态以及单元互动和相互依赖方式的转变,进而导致整个国际体系发生演变。由于全球各地区的科技发展具有不平衡性,从而各个国际次体系的单元及其互动所受到的影响也具有不平衡性,从而导致各个国际次体系演变的非平行性。科技发展还具有加速规律,这又使得国际体系的单元及其互动的改变也具有加速性,从而导致整个国际体系的演变呈现出加速特征。
The development of science and technology has fundamental influence on the two basic components of international system, i.e., units and interactions among them, which leads to the change of distribution of power and the way of interactions in international system. Because of the imbalance of science and technology development in different regions, the respective international subsystems also develop non -parallel. As the development of science and technology has the characteristics of acceleration, the units and interaction among them of international system also changes in an accelerating way and therefore so does international system’ s evolution in general.
