摘要 发展和完善现代学徒制是深化校企合作,提高职业教育办学质量的重要途径。对英澳德三国在发展现代学徒制方面的做法进行比较研究发现,发挥政府在发展现代学徒制中的支持和引导作用,重视行业协会在发展现代学徒制中的服务和调节作用,实现国家职业资格框架与现代学徒制的融合与对接是三国的共同经验。基于当前我国现代学徒制的现状,以政府主导作用的彰显为稳定点、企业的积极参与为重难点、以行业协会参与协调为着力点、以职业院校自身实力的提升为落脚点来发展和完善我国的现代学徒制是我们从国际经验中获得的重要启示。 To improve and develop modem apprenticeship is an important way to deepen the school - enterprise cooperation, improve teaching quality of vocational education. In terms of a comparative study of Anglo - Australian and German approach to develop modem apprenticeships, we found that the government' s role in supporting and guiding the development of modem apprenticeships, pay more attention to the services and regulation of industry association in the development of modem apprenticeship, and adjust action, realize the Fusion and docking of national vocational qualifications framework and modem apprenticeship is the common experience of the three kingdoms. Based on the current status of China' s Modem Apprenticeship, we should keep the government' s leading role as a stable point, Enterprises to participate in actively as a major difficulty aspect,industry association to participate in the co- ordination as the focus, vocational colleges itself promoted as the foothold to develop and perfect our country' s modem apprenticeship is the important message that we get from international experience.
