湖北省大别山区贫困标准研究

Study on Poverty Standard about Da Bie Mountain in Hubei Province

本文利用湖北省大别山五个重点贫困县(罗田、麻城、英山、大悟、红安)的农村住户调查年报分户资料,采用家庭收支平衡、最低生活消费、消费函数、恩格尔系数、聚类分析等研究方法,提出了湖北省大别山区特困线、贫困线、低收入线标准,并比较探讨了相应的方法及结果的意义和局限。

This paper is dedicated to poverty standard of farmer's household about Pa Bie Mountain in Hubei province.Depending on annual statistical date f ural house-hold and using basic research methods of a balance between in come and expenditure, the lowest living expenditure,refering the eλxpenditure unction, Engel's coff icient,the especial poverty line,poverty line and low income line are suggested out. Meanwhile, the significance and the limitation of these methods are compared and discussed.
