卓越工程师教育培养计划的职教特征分析

摘要 卓越工程师教育培养计划以学生职业能力养成为基本目标,具有典型的职业教育特征,它的提出完善了我国工程技术职业教育体系。在建立人才培养目标、制定人才培养计划、组织教学活动三个环节上遵循职业教育规律是保证卓越工程师教育培养计划成功实施的关键。
