Analysis of the Current Situation of Environmental Non-Government Organizations Participating in Urban Community Management

本文以环保NGOs参与城市社区管理为切入点,结合实地调研,研究得出目前环保NGOs参与城市社区管理的主要模式,包括协同管理、市场化运作、培育社区自治组织三种.分析了环保NGOs参与城市社区管理面临的困境,提出建议和对策:(1)完善管理监督制度,提升其公信度;(2)整合多方资源,寻求多元化资金支持;(3)科学合理规划自身发展,缩短地区间差距;(4)实施社区精细化管理,规范环保NGOs参与城市社区管理行为.

The paper used Environmental NGOs （ENGOs） participating in urban community management as the breakthrough point, combined with field research, concluded the main modes of ENGOs to participate in community management, including collaborative management, marketoriented operation, cultivate the community autonomous organizations. The difficult positions of ENGOs participating in urban community management were analyzed. In the end, the paper puts forward the suggestions and counter measures： （1） perfecting the system of supervision, improving their reputation ; （2） integrating various resources, seeking diversified funding; （3） planning their own development, shortening the difference between regions; （4） implementing fine management, regulating the behavior of ENGOs participating in urban community management.
