多轴车辆台架试验驱动轴载荷的动态分配方法 被引量:4

摘要 多轴驱动车辆在台架试验中进行电惯量模拟时,载荷的平均分配方法使得车辆各个驱动轴的载荷在整个试验过程中无法根据车辆的行驶状态进行动态变化.为此针对载荷平均分配法的不足,提出一种多轴驱动车辆在台架试验时的驱动轴载荷动态分配方法.该方法可使多轴车辆在台架试验时,各个驱动轴的载荷分配更接近于实际行驶中的载荷分配情况.通过对多轴驱动车辆进行动力学建模,及对多轴车辆各种行驶情况进行分析,给出了多轴车辆在静止、启动、加速、空挡滑行及制动情况下载荷分配系数的计算方法.通过对该分配方法进行整个试验系统的仿真分析,结果表明:车辆的行驶状态不同,通过分配模型计算出的各驱动轴载荷分配系数也不同;并且各驱动轴的测功电机所施加的负载能较好的跟随载荷分配系数的变化而变化,从而实现了各驱动轴载荷的动态分配. When a multi-axle vehicle was tested in a test bench, due to the equal distribution of load, the driving-axles' load of vehicle applied by the dynamometer-motor kept the same and no dynamical changes were observed according to the different driving statuses. So a method of dynamical load distribution was put forward, by which the distribution of the driving-axles' load is close to that in the real driving statuses. A dynamical model was built for the multi-axle vehicle, by which different driving status were analyzed. The computing methods of the defined coefficients of the load's distribution under different running statuses, such as stationary, starting, acceleration, neutral taxiing and breaking were given. By using the new distribution method, the simulated analyses of the whole test system showed that as different as the driving status was, the different coefficients of the load's distribution were. The drivingaxles' load applied by the dynamometer-motor varied well with the variations of the distribution coefficients, and thus the dynamic load distribution of the driving-axles was achieved.
