摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在口腔护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校高职学院护理系272名学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法。教学结束后,对试验组学生进行满意度调查,并比较两组学生的考试成绩、自主学习能力及对教师的教学评价。结果试验组学生对PBL教学的总体满意度为91.8%;两组总成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组学生自主学习能力得分高于对照组(P<0.01),但对教师的教学评价低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PBL教学法可提高学生的自主学习能力,学生对PBL教学总体比较满意,但对教师提出了更高要求。
Objective To evaluate the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) in the course of Oral Nursing. Methods Totally 272 vocational nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. Lecture-based learning and PBL was implemented in the control group and the experimental group,respectively. The students' satisfaction with PBL was investigated in the experimental group. Moreover,the students' self-directed learning ability, evaluation on the teachers and performance in the test were compared between the two groups. Results The students' satisfaction in the experimental group was 91.8%. No significant difference was found on the performance in the test between the two groups(P〉0.05). The students' self-directed learning ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01),but they rated lower scores on the teachers(P〈0.01). Conclusion PBL can improve nursing students' self-directed learning ability. The students are satisfied with PBL teaching method.but But forward higher reauirement to the teachers.
