三级综合医院发展中医特色护理的实践

Strengthening the development of TCM nursing in level 3A general hospitals

目的探讨综合性医院发展中医特色护理工作方法和效果。方法加强院内中医重点专科建设,开展规范化的中医护理理论和技能培训,充分发挥中医护理特色和优势,并在临床广泛应用。结果患者满意度由92.45%提高到95.44%(P<0.05),护理人员中医知识和技能得到提高(P<0.01),中医护理工作得到相关部门的认可。结论在综合医院开展中医护理重点专科建设,加大中医护理人才培养力度,有利于提高患者满意度,促进中医护理的发展。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of the development of TCM nursing in general hospitals. Methods The measures included carrying out TCM nursing in demonstration departments,providing standardized TCM theory and skills training to make full use of the advantages of TCM nursing in clinical practice. Results The patient satisfaction increased from 92.45% to 95.44%（P〈0.05）; nurses＇ TCM knowledge and skills were improved（P〈0.01）. The practice of TCM nursing has been highly appraised by administration department. Conclusion Carrying out TCM nursing in key departments and strengthening TCM theory and skills training for nurses can increase patient satisfaction and promote the development of TCM nursing.
