切开内固定联合外固定架治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of open reduction internal fixation combined with external fixation of intra-ar- tieular fractures of the distal radius

目的观察采用切开内固定联合外固定架法治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的临床效果。方法80例采用切开内固定联合外固定架法治疗的桡骨远端关节内骨折患者，术后进行康复锻炼，骨折愈合后拆除外固定架。对所有患者进行随访，时间为8—12个月，平均9．2个月，按照Dienst腕关节功能系统评定治疗效果。结果80例患者关节内骨折全部愈合，所需时间为4～10个月，平均6．3个月。腕关节功能优51例，良2l例，可8例，优良率为90％（72／80）。临床上骨折手术后常见的并发症均未出现。结论切开内固定联合外固定架法治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折既能使骨折复位、固定满意，又有利于术后早期手腕部的功能康复锻炼。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect internal fixation combined with external fixator inci- sion in the treatment of intra-artieular fractures of the distal radius. Methods 80 cases of intra-artieular distal radius fracture patients underwent cut internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of orthopedic were cho- sen, postoperative rehabilitation exercises, fracture healing after the removal of the external fixator. All patients were followed up for 8 months to 12 months, an average of 9.2 months. Results 80 patients were intraartieular fractures healed, the time required was 4 to 10 months, an average of 6.3 months. In accordance with the assessment of func- tional systems Dienst wrist, 51 cases wrist function were excellent,21 cases were good, the good rate was 90% （72/80）. There were no clinical fractures common complication after surgery. Conclusion Open internal fixation combined with external fixator treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius fractures not only makes reduc- tion of fracture and immobilization satisfaction, but also conducive to the wrist of early postoperative functional rehabil- itatlon exerclse
