CO_2分压与脑血流的关系文献回顾 被引量:5

摘要 关于脑血流的影响因素,研究较多,文献报道也很多,脑血管阻力和脑血流量成反比,即脑血管阻力增加时,脑血流量减少,反之亦然.影响脑血管阻力最大的因素是脑小动脉管径的大小,且其主要由二氧化碳分压来调节.当二氧化碳分压升高,可使脑血管扩张;若二氧化碳分压下降,则脑血管收缩.故缺血性中风患者吸入CO2和O2等混合气体时,可扩张脑血管,有助于侧枝循环的开放,增加脑血流量,以减轻偏瘫、失语等临床症状.
