宫内节育器放置术对患者心理的影响及其护理对策分析

The impact of intrauterine device insertion surgery on mental state of women and the analysis of corresponding nursing strategy

目的探讨宫内节育器(IUD)放置术对患者心理的影响及其围手术期的护理对策。方法以我地区2013年1月至2013年3月间,进行IUD手术的妇女80例为观察组,并取同期未进行IUD手术妇女80例作为对照组,比较在IUD术前两组研究对象心理症状的差异。同时,对影响观察组研究对象焦虑水平的因素进行分析。结果观察组研究对象在术前焦虑水平高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响焦虑水平的主要因素包括受术者的文化水平、家庭人均月收入及其第一胎性别。结论 IUD放置术可引起患者焦虑,其可能与受术者的文化水平、家庭人均月收入及其第一胎性别有关。在护理方面,我们应做好术前疏导、术中安抚和术后健康教育。

Objective To investigate the impact of intrauterine device insertion surgery on mental state of women and the corresponding nursing strategy. Methods 80 women who received intrauterine device insertion surgery during JAN 2013 and MAR 2013 were employed as observision group, and 80 normal women were chosen as the control group. Compared the preoperative psychological symptom of the two groups, analyzed the factors which could induce anxiety and discussed the corresponding nursing strategy. Results There was a significant different in the comparison of anxiety level between the two groups. The cultural level, average income of family and the sex of their first child were the important factors which associated to anxiety level. Conclusions Intrauterine device insertion surgery can induce anxiety in women, and the cultural level, average family monthly income and sex of their first child were the important factors correlated to anxiety level. We should make better work in the field of preoperative guidance, intra - operative comfort and postoperative health education.
