环境卫生学与消毒灭菌质量监测电子报告单的设计与应用

摘要 目的:探讨环境卫生学与消毒灭菌质量监测电子报告单在提高工作效率及监测报告准确性的效果。方法自行设计环境卫生学与消毒灭菌质量监测电子报告单,选取5200项医院感染重点部门的环境卫生学与消毒灭菌质量的监测结果为研究对象。对照组2600项采用传统的手工监测报告单,试验组2600项采用电子监测报告单。比较两组在科室整理监测资料、检验科错发及漏发报告的差异性。结果对照组漏发56项,错发192项,共占9.5%;试验组漏发18项,错发41项,共占2.3%,两组漏发、错发情况比较,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为19.795,102.449;P<0.01)。对照组整理监测资料所用时间平均为(8.0±1.2) h,长于试验组的(3.0±0.9) h,差异有统计学意义( t=33.73,P<0.01)。结论环境卫生学与消毒灭菌质量监测电子报告单内容直观、全面,一目了然,方便监测人员及检验工作人员使用。 Objective To explore the effect of an electronic report on monitoring environmental hygiene and disinfection and sterilization quality on improving the work efficiency and accuracy of monitoring report . Methods The electronic report on monitoring environmental hygiene and disinfection and sterilization quality was self-designed .5 200 results in key department of hospital infection were chosen and divided into the control group and the experimental group , each with 2 600 cases.The control group received the traditional manual monitoring report , and the experiment group received the electronic monitoring report .The differences of sorting the monitoring data in the department , the occurrence of the wrong and missing report in the clinical laboratory were compared between two groups .Results The cases of wrong and missing report were respectively 56 and 192 cases (9.5%) in the control group, and were higher than 18 and 41 cases (2.3%) in the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =19.795, 102.449, respectively;P〈0.01).The average time of sorting the monitoring data was (8.0 ±1.2)h in the control group, and was longer than (3.0 ± 0.9) h in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (t =33.73,P 〈0.01). Conclusions The content of electronic report on monitoring environmental hygiene and disinfection and sterilization quality is intuitive , comprehensive and surveyability , and which is convenient to use for the monitoring and inspection personnel .
