摘要
目的建立检测祛痘类化妆品中非法添加违禁成分维A酸的方法,为化妆品的监管提供技术支撑。方法色谱柱采用Agilent Poroshell 120EC—C18(3.0mm×100mm,2.7μm),甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(90:10)为流动相,检测波长350nm,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果维A酸进样量在1.012~20.24μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.4%(n=9),检测限(S/N=3)为0.002μg·mL^-1。结论本文建立的液相分析法经方法学验证可用于化妆品违禁添加维A酸的快速检测。
Objective To establish a fast liquid chromatographic method for determination of illegally added tretinoin in acne-removing cosmetics and provide technical support for supervision for cosmetics. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 (3.0min× 100 mm, 2.7 μm) ; the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.5% glacial acetic acid (90: 10); the detection wavelength was 350 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results The linear range of tretinoin was 1. 012 - 20.24 μg with r=0.9997. The average recovery was 99.8%, RSD=0.4% (n=9). The detection limit (S/N=3) was 0. 002μg · mL^-1. Conclusion The method can be used for fast determination of cosmetics by methodological validation.
