外延药材基地认证可行性研究的内容

摘要 目的原GAP认证范围内的基地种植不能满足市场需求,需要向认证范围以外的周边或其他适宜地区延伸、扩展,这些种植基地被称为外延药材基地。本研究为外延药材基地申请国家认证提供可行性研究方案。方法对照现行中药材GAP认证办法及标准要求,结合实践经验,重点从种植条件和质量保障两个方面展开讨论。结果与结论种植条件的研究包括:种植区域的环境条件、药材种植的政策与积极性、野生药材资源、栽培药材的资源、药材的生物学特征、采收适宜性、病虫害发生规律和土壤与降雨规律等;质量保障的研究包括:药材质量及控制标准、拟种植药材的质量特征、产地生态环境检测及评价等等。要符合中药材GAP的要求,需要做好科研、质量、现场、资料、记录等准备工作。 Objective Since the base GAP plant of the original scope of certification cannot meet the market demand, expansion towards the surrounding areas outside the scope of certification or other appropriate area is needed. The aim of this study was to provide feasibility study scheme for the extensional medicinal material base to apply for national certification. Methods Based on the requirements of the methods and standards of the GAP certification of the traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the certification practice and experience, the discussion focused on planting conditions and quality guarantee. Results and Conclusion The study on planting conditions included: the environmental conditions of the planting areas, the policy and enthusiasm of medicinal material planting, natural medicinal material resources, biological properties of the medicinal materials, suitability of harvesting, pest occurrence rules, and soil and rainfall patterns; and the study on quality guarantee included: the quality and control standards of the medicinal materials, quality characteristics of the medicinal materials to be planted, and the ecological environment monitoring and evaluation of the place of origin. In order to conform to the requirements of the Chinese herbal medicine GAP, preparations include scientific research, quality, field, data and records should be done.
