摘要
将基因组学的有关技术、方法和策略用于食物领域的研究称为食物基因组学。研究方法主要有DNA芯片技术、生物标志物、蛋白质组学技术等。其在实际中的应用:①探讨营养相关性疾病机制;②寻找营养素生理需要量的生物标志物。营养基因组学将有助于更好地了解正常和肿瘤细胞中的关键调节位点,也有助于证实饮食调整是否能让个体从中受益并降低患病风险。
The study on the technology, method and strategy of the genomies in the food field is called nutritional genomics. In this paper, we introduce the food genomics research methods, progreos, prospect. The research method include DNA chip technology, biomarkers, proteomics technology, In on the practice in can be used to discuss the mechanisms of disease relatde to the nutrition and to look for the biomarkers of nutritional requirement. Nutritionalgenomics will help to better understand the key regulatory site of the nomal and cancer cell, and it can also help to confirm whether the diet adjustment help to decrease the illness risk.
