摘要
在相同饲养条件下,分析绵羊断奶公羔去势后生长性能与肉质的变化,结果表明:去势公羔平均日增重显著低于非去势公羔(0.05);嫩度提高,膻味物质含量显著减少。
The experiment analyzed the change of castration for weaning lambs production performance and meat quality, in the case of the same feeding conditions. The results show :the average daily gain of castration lambs were significant lower than that of non-castra- tion lambs (P 〈 0.01), tendemess were more better, smell of mutton were lower.
