摘要
采用低温一步法制备氮掺杂的纳米TiO2,使用3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷(APTMS)对SiO2气凝胶进行改性,再以浸-轧-烘法将其负载于棉织物上,制备具有光催化特性的N-TiO2/SiO2气凝胶负载棉织物。采用XRD和SEM分析,以及UPF值等对该气凝胶及其负载棉织物进行表征;以罗丹明B作为模型污染物,在日光下评价其自清洁性能,同时考察其断裂强力变化情况。结果表明:经N-TiO2/SiO2气凝胶整理的棉织物,UPF值为50+,属于极好的紫外防护级别,且具有优良的自清洁性能。
Nitrogen doped nanosized TiO2 is prepared with the low-temperature one-step method. SiO2 aerogel is modified with APTMS, and then the cotton fabric is loaded with N-TiO2/SiO2 aerogel by paddry method which has photocatalytic properties. The samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) .The self-cleaning performance of the samples under sunlight is evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B, and the changes in the breaking strength are studied. The results show that the UPF of N-TiO2/SiO2 treated cotton fabrics is over 50, it has excellent UV protection and self-cleaning performance.
