摘要
采用精练剂FR-302、三聚磷酸钠和不同金属盐一浴处理天然棕色棉纤维,考察不同工艺对棕色棉纤维吸水性和色泽的影响。结果表明,提高棕色棉纤维吸水性能的优化工艺为:精练剂FR-302 1.6%(omf),三聚磷酸钠2%(omf);浴比1∶20,95℃处理40 min。在此亲水工艺基础上加入氯化锌、过硼酸钠、硫酸铜或硫酸亚铁铵金属盐,对棕色棉纤维进行一浴处理,不仅改善棕色棉的吸水性,而且还能获得不同色光的棕色棉,纤维的耐汗渍、皂洗牢度也有不同程度提高。
Natural brown cotton fiber is pretreated with scouring agent FR-302, sodium tripolyphosphate and various metal salts. The influences of pretreatment processes on hydrophilicity and shade of brown cotton fiber are investigated. The results show that the optimum process for better hydrophilic property is determined as follows: scouring agent FR-302 1.6%(omf), sodium tripolyphosphate 2%(omf), liquor ratio 1:20, and treated at 95 ℃ for 40 min. Further addition of zinc chloride, sodium perborate, copper solphate and ammonium ferrous sulfate into the pretreatment bath respectively can not only improve the hydrophilic property, but also impart the natural cotton fiber series of shades and improved color fastness to perspiration and soaping.
