摘要 产品碳足迹生命周期评价(LCA)中的分配,是将核算范围内总能源、物料消耗数据按照一定原则分配到不同的产品系统中,或产品的不同生产阶段的过程。分配方法是核算过程中一个重要的方法论问题,目前国内外相关研究较少。通过讨论现有按物理关系及按非物理关系进行比例分配的方法及其适用性,结合纺织服装工业的生产加工特点,以印染企业产品碳足迹核算为例,分析纺织服装产品工业碳足迹核算中分配的原因,阐明建立适用于纺织服装产品碳足迹核算分配方法的必要性。 Allocation in life cycle assessment is a process to distribute the total energy and material consumption among the calculation boundary to different product systems or different stages. Allocation cheme is a question of important methodology in accounting process. Few reports can be found in this field. Methods and their applicability of proportional allocation of carbon footprint according to physical and nonphysical relationship are discussed respectively. Meanwhile, on the basis of production characteristics of textile and apparel industry and taking products in printing and dying factory as examples, the allocation principle in calculation of industrial carbon footprint of textile and apparel products are analyzed. The necessity to establish an allocation method applicable and universal to carbon footprint calculation of textile and apparel products is illuminated.
