摘要
针对数控机床传动部件的传感器布局展开研究,通过对主轴、丝杠、导轨的故障特征分析,选取振动、噪声、温度3类特征信号表征机床的主要机械故障,结合理论分析、有限元分析、试验论证3种研究方法,确立了数控机床传感器合理布局的实施方案,初步实现了对机械部件故障特征信号的提取。
This paper researches on optimal sensor placement of the transmission parts of CNC machine. Through the spindle, screw, guide fault features analysis, it selects vibration, noise and temperature as the feature signals to characterize mechanical faults of CNC machine. Combining with theoretical analysis, finite element analysis and experimental validation, optimal sensor placement scheme is established, and the fault feature signal extraction of the CNC machine is preliminarily realized.
