摘要
运用RTCP功能获取机床的五轴联动精度,分析了AB双摆角数控铣头联动误差的各个影响因素,为关键部件优化设计和整机精度调试提供参考依据,提升相关高档数控机床的自主原创能力。
Based on the method of RTCE the five-axis linkage precision is obtained. The paper analyzes the various factors of movement error about AB bi-rotary NC milling head, provides some references for the optimum structure design and precision adjustment of the key parts, improves the independent innovative capacity of domestic high-gradeCNC machine.
