摘要
群控ＤＮＣ是柔性制造系统ＦＭＳ控制的一个重要组成部分，本文介绍了基于Ｐｒｏｆｉｂｕｓ现场总线网的数控车间ＦＭＳ控制系统的组成原理，信息模型，实现方法。ＤＮＣ实施方案，给出了该系统的结构与特点,较详细地说明了ＭＩＳ软件功能。该方案适合各种ＦＭＳ系统中的ＤＮＣ控制,并有利于ＦＭＳ系统的扩展。
ion:DNC is one of the most important techniques used in FMS control. In this paper, the Control procedure of DNC which is used in the FMS system and the construction of FMS control system components based on Profibus fieldbus control network are discussed. This paper also outlines the function structure , working model and management information system in detail. the more efficient system performance is obtained by the technology.
