经济人口承载力研究的基本方法探析

Methodological Analysis on Economy-population Carrying Capacity and Two Indexes Renewal

在经济社会发展研究中,经济人口承载力是一个日益受到关注的范畴,在城市化加速的时期尤其值得研究。通过对经济人口承载力研究方法的思考,提出两个相关的新参数:经济人口承载率和经济就业承载率。研究的基本内容:第一,从国家治理的视角审视经济人口承载力研究的基本方法,有重要的实践意义。第二,经济人口承载力研究的基本工具方法含指标分析、计量经济分析、软科学方法,方法选择是无界的。第三,经济人口承载力研究应重视以系统视角看问题,重视社会学的研究思想,拓展方法思考的空间。经济人口承载率、经济就业承载率两个新参数的确定,有助于经济人口承载力的研究。

In the research of economic and social development,economy-population carrying ca-pacity is a category of increasing concern,which is worthy of study,especially in the process of rapid urbanization.The theme of this paper is the research method about economy-population carrying ca-pacity,and two new parameters related to the theme are brought up in this paper.The basic contents in this paper are presented here.Firstly,state-governance perspective is of great practical signifi-cance in the research methods of economy-population carrying capacity.Secondly,the basic analytic tools in economy-population carrying capacity research include index analysis,econometrics,and the soft science analytic instrument.Thirdly,more attention should be paid to systematic perspective,so-ciological perspective in the research of economy-population carrying capacity.Meanwhile,two new indexes,economy-population carrying capacity ratio and economy-employee carrying capacity rati-o,are defined in this paper,which are supposed to be of great help in future research.
