摘要 成人教育实践中表现出的复杂课程生态,决定了它具有区别于传统学校教育的独特课程范式。主要表现为:面向"全体"成人的开放课程、以"需求"为导向开发课程、以"项目"为载体设计课程、以"学习者"为中心展开课程和以"实践"为方式实施课程等。 The complexity of the curriculum of the adult education makes it distinctive from the traditional mode. The curricular paradigms of adult education is open for all adults, with learners as the center, projects as target, and practice as way of implementation.
