摘要
企业技术能力的提升对软件外包企业增强市场竞争力具有重要意义。本文依据企业技术合作对象的不同,构建企业技术能力的系统动力学模型,运用东软集团的数据模拟了技术合作模式下企业技术能力提升情景,并分析了企业间技术合作、企业与技术转移中心合作以及与高校、科研机构合作对企业技术能力的影响机理。研究发现三种技术合作形式都促进技术能力的提升,其中企业间技术合作的影响效果最明显。
Technological capabilities development of the enterprise is of great significance for software outsoureing enterprise enhancing competitiveness. According to the different partners of enterprise technical cooperation, building the system dynamics model of enter prise technological capabilities, the paper simulates developing scenarios of enterprise technologieal capabilities based on technological cooperation by Neusoft Group data, and analyzes the influence of interenterprise technical cooperation, enterprise technical coopera tion with technology transfer center, university and research institution on technological capability. The research shows that three types has obvious positive influence on technological capabilities, especially interenterprise technical cooperation.
