摘要
本文提出雇佣关系影响员工显性和隐性知识共享行为是通过两种不同的机制:影响显性知识共享行为主要是通过社会交换的作用,而对隐性知识共享的效应主要是通过组织心理所有权。在强调与员工进行社会交换的同时,组织更应该培育员工形成一种积极的组织心理所有权。
This paper proposes that employment relationship is associated with employees' explicit and implicit knowledge sharing through two different mechanisms. Employment relationship is related to explicit knowledge sharing mainly through social exchange. The effect of employment relationship on implicit knowledge sharing is mainly through organizational psychological ownership. Besides emphasizing social exchange with employees, organizations should foster employees to form a positive organizational psychological owner- ship.
