摘要
文章针对知识创新如何从知识涌现中生成的问题,引用复杂适应系统(Complex Adaptive System,CAS)理论,通过分析知识涌现系统的复杂适应性,构建了知识涌现系统运行机制的循环模型和互动模型。循环模型模拟了在交互环境下,通过适应度的改变知识主体群落最终生成知识主体区室群落进而实现知识创新的知识生成过程,互动模型模拟了知识主体适应度逐渐增强的具体变化过程。该系统运行机制模型有助于知识主体优化知识管理策略,提升持续性的知识创新能力,为进一步研究知识涌现与创新提供参考。
This paper aimed at the problem about knowledge innovation how to generate from knowledge emergence. The paper applied the theory of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) and established operation mechanism models of the knowledge emergency system through analysis its complex adaptive. The operation mechanism models included two different parts that one was called the cycling model and the other was the interactive model. Cycling model simulated the process of knowledge generation that from the population of knowledge subjects to the population of knowledge compartments under the interactive environment by the increase of their fitness. Interactive model simulated the specific change process through which the fitness of the knowledge subjects increased gradually. They would contribute to knowledge subjects optimizing their knowledge management strategy according to the operation mechanism models of Knowledge Emergency System and enhance their innovation ability. This paper would provide a reference for the further research of the Knowledge Emergency System.
