长三角地区专利情报对比分析研究

Comparative Analysis on the Patent Information of Yangze River Delta

本文从专利申请情况和专利发展态势两个方面,对长三角地区2003-2012年间的专利情报进行了对比分析。专利申请情况主要从申请数量和申请结构方面进行了统计分析;专利发展情况主要利用年成长率、技术生长率、技术成熟率、技术衰老系数及新技术特征等指标进行了对比分析。分析发现,江苏省专利申请量增长率最快,上海市结构布局最合理,并根据结论提出对策建议。

This paper analyzed OIl the patents ci Yangze River Delta fronl2003 to 2012 contrastively, through the patent application am developnent ci patent technology. The analysis ci the patent application mainly focused on number ci patent application am application structure, while some indexes were used to reflect the developnent ci patent teclmology, such as annual growth rate, technology growth rate, index of technology maturity, teclmical aging factor am coefficient ci new teclmical features. The aim of this study was to provide some useful infonnation to the developnent ci Yangze River Delta. Through the study we found that Jiangsu Province keep the fastest growing in the number of the patent applications while Shanghai has the most reasonable structure.
