社交问答是融合社会化特征并提供高质量知识服务的社区。在比较图书馆问答服务与典型社交问答网站的基础上,分析高校图书馆构建学科知识问答社区的优势,并就知识问答社区的定位、构建策略进行探讨。
Social Q&A (Question and Answer) is a community which combines social characteristics and high - quality knowledge services. On the basis of comparison between library's Q&A services and typical social Q&A websites, this article analyzed the advantages eX subject knowledge Q&A conununity constructed by university libraries, and discussed the target localizations and development strategies in details.
