摘要
我国历史学界的"贬宋"认识是在抗日战争时期形成的,是特殊时代的情绪的产物,不符合宋代的历史实际。宋代的"积贫"指国家财政亏空,与赋税的"宽柔"有关,不是社会经济的衰退;"积弱"是军队战斗力弱,是因"文"而"弱",不能简单地视为落后。准确认识宋代历史,老一代学者的"古世"、"近世"说仍然有启示意义。
That Chinese historians tend to denounce Song dynasty is developed during the anti-Japanese war, which is not in accordance with historical effect. The poverty is related to the financial debt, and lenient taxes. The comparative weakness of the military cannot he valued for backward. Hence, it is meaningful to hold a correct viewpoint of the history of Song dynasty.
