摘要
尽管社会资本与大学生就业之间关系研究的重要性得到广泛认同,然而到目前,还尚未有文献从维度层面就社会资本对大学生就业及其更为广泛的结果影响进行过系统的实证研究。在划分社会资本、大学生就业维度组成的基础上,本文以我国处于求职阶段的大学生为研究对象就上述问题进行了深入分析。结果发现,结构资本和关系资本对就业机会的积极影响显著;就业机会对就业质量有着积极影响;就业质量对就业满意具有积极影响;就业机会对就业满意的积极影响不显著。
Despite the importance of the relationship between social capital and the employment of university students has been widely recognized, however, there ' s no publications on the employ ment of university students and the broader results conducted by systematic and empirical research from the dimensions of social capital till now. Based on the division of social capital and the compo nent of university students' employment, the thesis makes an indepth analysis on these issues above by taking university students who are hunting for jobs as the research objects. It turns out that the structural capital and relational capital influence the employment opportunities significantly; employ ment opportunities influence the employment quality positively; employment quality influences em ployment satisfaction positively; and employment opportunities influence the employment satisfaction positively but insignificantly.
