The Restricts of Interior Soft Environmental Factors of China Enterprise Innovation and Improvement——Compared with Enterprises Innovation in Japan and South Korean

企业内部软环境对企业创新影响深远,而在软环境方面我国与日、韩具有很强可比性。在对企业创新环境等研究进行梳理的基础上,分析企业创新环境特别是内部软环境各种因素构成,并通过问卷调查和比较研究,探讨限制我国企业创新的主要内部软环境因素及改善对策。

The impact of internal soft environment for enterprise innovation is far-reaching.Our country,Japan and Korea have a strong comparability in soft environment.Based on analyzing the research on enterprise innovation environment and so on,this paper puts forward factors of the innovation environment,especially the various internal factors of soft environ-ment.And through comparative study and questionnaire survey,the paper explores the main internal soft environmental factors to restrict enterprise innovation in China and its improvement measures.
