摘要
利用南京、苏州、无锡、常州四地市企业的203份调研问卷,提出了互惠性与自利性企业文化、知识获取与创新绩效之间关系的假设模型,运用统计分析软件对模型假设进行了检验。结果表明:互惠性企业文化对企业短期创新绩效和长期创新绩效均有显著正向促进作用;自利性企业文化对短期创新绩效有正向作用,而对长期创新绩效有负向作用;互惠性企业文化对知识获取具有正向影响,自利性企业文化对知识获取影响不显著;知识获取在互惠性企业文化与创新绩效之间具有部分中介效应。
A hypothetical model on the relationship among difference of enterprise culture,knowledge acquisition and inno-vation performance,is put forward.Based on the 203 questionnaires of companies from 4 cities of Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,the model hypotheses are tested by the use of statistical software.The results show that reciprocal enter-prise culture has a significant positive effect on both short-term innovation performance and long-term one.Self-interested enterprise culture has a positive effect on short-term innovation performance,but a negative effect on long-term one.Re-ciprocal enterprise culture has a positive effect on knowledge acquisition.The effect of self-interested enterprise culture on knowledge acquisition is not significant.Knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on both short-term innovation perform-ance and long-term one.
