STS视域下民生科技发展路径评估指标体系构建:理论与实证 被引量:3

摘要 民生科技发展路径体现为其在历史语境、认知语境、科学语境、社会语境和支撑语境中不断发展的过程。由于民生科技发展路径的复杂性,采用复合权重法构建民生科技发展路径评估指标体系。民生科技评估指标体系具有事前、事中与事后评估统一、科学性与社会性评估统一、定量与定性评估统一、绝对指标与相对指标统一等特征。为验证评估指标体系的科学性与适用性,以公共安全科技为例对其发展路径进行评估,结果发现,评估指标基本能够反映我国公共安全科技发展路径现状及存在的问题。 Development Path of People's livehood science and technology reflected in its historical context, cognitive con text, scientific context, social context and supporting the process of evolving context. From the "scientific, technical, so cial," sight, due to people's livelihood and the complexity of the technological development path, the weights were con structed using composite technology development path livelihood evaluation index system. People's livehood science and technology evaluation index system has before, during and after the assessment of the unity of science and society unified assessment, quantitative and qualitative assessment of the unity, the absolute and relative indicators index ,unity and oth er features. In order to verify the scientific evaluation index system and applicability to public safety technology as an ex ample of their development path .assessment of basic indicators of public safety to reflect the current status of technology development path and the problem.
