摘要
作为提升旅游服务供应链整体服务能力的重要手段,旅游服务供应链上企业间的信息资源共享问题越来越受到人们的重视。以信息资源共享理论为基础,通过问卷调查,实证研究了伙伴关系及其他影响因素与旅游服务供应链信息资源共享的关系。结果表明,伙伴关系对旅游服务供应链信息资源共享有显著影响,其他影响因素对信息资源共享也具有显著影响。因此,旅游服务供应链上企业应加强伙伴关系,通过激励积极因素,遏制消极因素,以促进旅游服务供应链信息资源共享,从而提升旅游服务供应链整体服务能力。
As an important means to improve the service capability of tourism service supply chain, information resource sharing among the enterprises in tourism service supply chain is getting more and more attention. How partnership and other fac tors affect the tourism service supply chain information sharing has been evidently proven through questionnaires based on the theory of information resource sharing. Results show that both partnership and other factors have significant impacts on the infor mation sharing of tourism service supply chain. Therefore, enterprises should strengthen partnerships by promoting positive factors as well as reducing the negative factors in order to encourage the information resource sharing of the tourism service supply chain and ultimately escalate the service capability of tourism service supply chain.
