新办本科学前教育专业教学存在的问题及改进策略 被引量:2

摘要 高校学前教育专业担负着培养地方幼儿园优秀师资和专门人才的重任。通过分析高校新办本科学前教育专业教学实践中存在的问题,提出构建科学课程体系、加强教育队伍建设、提供充足教学保障、提升学生职业能力、合理安排教学实践、以专业发展促进教学改革等策略,采取科学合理的人才培养模式,帮助学前教育专业毕业生尽快适应新要求,满足当前幼儿园教育的需要。 With increasingly higher education of preschool teacher training, the university preschool education profession- al takes on the important task of nurturing excellent local kindergarten teacher and expertise. In this paper, puts forward some strategies by analyzing the problems existing in new undergraduate pre-school professional teaching practice, such as building science curriculum system, strengthening education team, providing adequate teaching security, enhancing students' career ability, reasonably planning teaching practice, promoting teaching reform according to professional development, etc. Thus, take a scientific and rational mode of talent cultivation, so as to help pre-school graduates to adapt and meeting current kindergarten curriculum reform of teaching needs.
