在全球化的作用下,国际体系发生了全面而深刻的变革和转型,其构成单元由一元向多元转变。在单元观问题上,国际关系学界存在一元还是多元的分歧,进而延伸出在国际体系管理方式、国际政治本质和国际格局形态等方面的不同观点,这主要源于对非国家行为体勃兴、全球化影响以及时代观等方面的不同认识和判断。探讨单元观问题及其争论,对于观察当代世界政治的演变、透视国际关系理论流派的异同以及推动国际体系和国际格局理论的再建构,有现实意义和理论价值。

In the context of globalization,contemporary international system has undergone a comprehensive transformation,among which an important one is the unit of the international system evolving from a unita-ry unit to plural units.On the views of unit,the international relation academic circle has different opinions of unitarity and plurality.Due to the contending opinions on the agent problem,the IR discipline divides on the administration methods of the international system,the nature of the international politics,and the forms of the international configuration.The contending is mainly rooted in the different understandings and judgments on the flourish of non-state actors,the impacts of globalization and the views of the age.The study on the agent problem of international system and its contentions is helpful to observe the evolution of world politics,explore the similarities and differences of IR theoretical paradigms and promote the recon-struction of the international system and international configuration theory.
