Quality Requirements of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises on the Contemporary College Students

高校大学生就业,是当前社会极为关注的问题。经过调查走访分析,总结出中小企业需要大学生具备的素质有其特殊性,不仅需要专业知识过硬,还需要有社会适应能力、独立工作能力、团队合作能力、沟通协调能力以及良好的职业道德素质,并指出大学生自身存在的问题和应对策略。

The employment of college students is the social concern. Through survey analysis, the author summed up the particular quality that small and medium- sized enterprises need. They not only need professional knowledge, but also social adaptation ability, independent working ability, team work ability, communication and coordination ability and good professional ethics quality ere, and points out the problems existing in the college students themselves and put forward the coping strategies.
