摘要
目的研究玫瑰痤疮患者皮肤蠕形螨种类和数量,并探讨其与发病的关系。方法选择玫瑰痤疮患者275例(A组),对照组(B组)为同期诊治面部无任何皮损及症状的手足癣、银屑病或湿疹皮炎患者97例。将两组患者鼻尖、鼻翼或病变处刮取物于显微镜下检查蠕形螨。结果 A组鼻翼处蠕形螨镜检阳性率高于B组(86.2%vs.41.2%)(χ2=70.94,P<0.01)。A组男性患者鼻翼处单纯毛囊型蠕形螨中位数为6条,女性患者鼻翼处单纯毛囊型蠕形螨中位数为7条。结论玫瑰痤疮的发病与毛囊型蠕形螨有关,毛囊型蠕形螨检出数量男性大于6条,女性大于7条时有助于玫瑰痤疮的诊断。
Objective To investigate the significance of species and numbers of Demodex in diagnosis of countsto rosacea. Methods Demodex species were examined under microscope, which were from 275 outpatients (group A) diagnosed as countsto rosacea and 97 outpatients (group B) diagnosed as psoriasis, eczema, tinea Manus and pedis without facial lesion or symptoms. The species were collected by skin scraping of the tip and ala of the nose or the skin with lesion. Results The positive rate of skin scraping specimen for Demodex was higher in group A than that in group B (86. 2% vs. 41.2%)(P〈O. 01). In the male cases with rosacea symptoms in group A, the number of Demodex folliculorum on the nose ala was 6, which was 7 in the female cases. Conclusion The occurrence of countsto rosacea is related to Demodex folliculorum infection. The number of Demodex folliculorum on the nose ala greater than 6 strips in diagnosis of countsto rosacea. male or greater than 7 strips in female indicates the
