钢板内固定治疗不同类型胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of plate in the treatment of different types fractures of tibial plateau

目的：探讨钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅠ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗的82例SchatzkerⅠ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者。其中T形钢板内固定4例，L形钢板内固定52例，双钢板内固定26例。随访评定治疗效果，对并发症情况进行分析。结果82例均获随访，时间6～48个月。术后发生深部感染4例，浅表感染3例。末次随访时按HSS评分标准评定疗效：优40例，良34例，可5例，差3例。结论正确掌握手术时机、术中的仔细操作和重视围手术期治疗是手术成败的关键，并能够有效降低并发症的发生，获得满意疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of plate fixation for SchatzkerⅠ-Ⅵ type tibial plateau fractures. Methods Open reduction and plate fixation were performed for 82 cases of Schatzker Ⅰ-Ⅵ type tibial plateau fracture patients.All were treated with T-shaped plate fixation 4 cases,L-shaped plate fixation 52 cases,and double plate fixation in 26 cases.Follow-up assessment of therapeutic effect and complications were analyzed.Results 82 cases were followed up for 6-48 months.Deep infection occurred in 4 cases,3 cases of superficial infection.At the final follow-up,according to HSS standard assessment of efficacy,the results were excellent in 40 cases,good in 34, fair in 5,and poor in 3.Conclusions It is the key to success for correctly grasp the surgical opportunity,surgery operation and the importance of careful preoperative surgical treatment,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,to get satisfactory efficacy.
