摘要
肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)属于小RNA病毒科(Picornaradae)肠道病毒属(Enterovirus)的成员,是引起亚太地区手足口病暴发的主要病原体之一。EV71可引起严重的神经系统病变,对6岁以下儿童造成较高的死亡率。目前尚无上市的疫苗来预防EV71的感染。因此,研制EV71疫苗及治疗药物十分迫切。病毒中和表位是刺激机体产生特异性免疫反应的物质基础,研究其结构、功能对于疫苗的研发,特别是亚单位疫苗的研制、药物靶点筛选至关重要。本文主要对研究EV71抗原表位的方法及最新近况作一综述。
As a member of Enterovirus family in Picornaradae, enterovirus type 71 (EV71 ) is a major pathogen of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Asian-Pacific region. EV71 causes severe neuropathy, resulting in high mortality in the children at ages of less than 6 years. There are no effective vaccines to prevent EVT1 infection at present, so it is urgent to developing vaccines and drugs against the virus. Virus neutralizing epitope is the material basis of specific immune response, of which the study on structure and function is vital for development of vaccines, especially the preparation of subunit vaccines and screening of drug target. This paper reviews the method for research on EV71 epitope and the advance in research.
