结肠促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，30岁。因“乏力伴右下腹隐痛6个月”于2013-04-27入上海中医药大学附属曙光医院普外科治疗。查体：神志清，睑结膜苍白，腹平软，全腹无压痛，无反跳痛及肌卫，右下腹触及1个约14cm×11cm×12cm包块，质稍硬，难以推动，无压痛，余腹未触及包块。肝脾肋下未及，墨菲征阴性，移动性浊音阴性，
