摘要 现有的汽车安全气囊易产生误触发和不触发的现象,为此,采用遗传神经网络预测模型开发了一款智能安全气囊控制器.首先在已开发的安全气囊控制器硬件系统基础上,建立并验证了目标车型的整车有限元模型以及乘员约束系统多刚体模型,通过仿真分析确定安全气囊的起爆方式以及最佳点火时刻,然后根据改进的遗传神经网络模型设计了安全气囊的智能控制算法,最后进行了台车试验验证.试验结果表明,该智能控制器可正确预测碰撞动态,并能够准确地预测起爆时刻. In order to avoid the false triggering and non-triggering of automotive airbags,an intelligent airbag controller is designed on the basis of genetic neural network model. Firstly,on the basis of a developed hardware system of airbag controller,a full-vehicle finite element model and a multi-rigid-body model of the occupant restraint system for the target vehicle type are established and validated. Secondly,the airbag initiation manner and the optimal ignition time are determined through simulation analysis. Then,an intelligent control algorithm of airbag is designed in light of improved genetic neural network model,with its effectiveness being finally verified by a sled test. Experimental results show that the designed intelligent airbag controller helps identify the collision dynamics correctly and predict the initiation time accurately.
