摘要
以常见蔬果为例,测试其512nm波长激光作用下的拉曼光谱,并从拉曼功率选择、光谱可重复性和峰位特征等角度分析蔬果光谱。结果表明:针对不同样本选定合适的激光功率后,可有效抑制光谱的热效应和强荧光;获得了常见蔬果的拉曼峰值特征.拉曼光谱的蔬果研究为蔬果表面农残的拉曼检测打下了基础.
In example of common fruits and vegetables, Raman spectrum was tested under the 512nm wavelength of laser and analyzed from power options, repeatability and the spectral characteristics of the peaks. The results show that after the selection of suitable laser power for different samples, thermal effects and strong fluorescence is inhibited. The Raman peak characters of fruits and vegetables are gained, which is the foundation of the Raman surface detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
